Your Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer on the Manufacturing Operations Sales and Distribution team, you will deliver technical solutions that support our factories and marketing branches globally. In addition, you will:

• Work as an active member of an Agile delivery team
• Participate in discussions with the product team to develop technical solutions to satisfy business requirements
• Contribute to technical analysis and design of solutions to improve quality and performance
• Work with other members of the team to perform code pairing and code reviews to ensure high quality code and product delivery
• Provide support on a variety of protocol/components within the product technology stack (SAP, Middleware/PI, Java, etc.)
• Contribute in DevOps-related tasks, activities, and initiatives

What Skills You Need

• 2 or more years of understanding of computer technology, methodology, and full life-cycle development
• 2 or more years of foundational technical aptitude related to applications development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints in order to understand and resolve technical impediments
• 1 or more years of proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment
• 1-2+ years experience of SAP ABAP programming
• Experience with DevOps principles and lean development such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• Experience/knowledge of software test automation
• Proven experience working in a team environment within minimal supervision; team-oriented
• Eager to develop both his/her own skills and those of others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What Makes You Stand Out

• 2 or more years' experience in the design, development, testing and integration of software solutions in SAP ABAP
• 2 or more years of varied database experience
• 2 or more software development and or configuration experience
• Functional knowledge in one or many SAP modules and/or products: SD, PP, MM, LES, PM, QM, FICO, GTS, SRM

Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in a related career field
