Role/Responsibilities :

This role is part of the SharePoint/ O365 Development technical product team in the Shared Application Services organization. Moody's is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer (Full Stack) to lead our team in developing and maintaining MINT Site, complex custom sites, and SharePoint Team Sites. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in both back-end and front-end development using SharePoint, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring other developers, collaborating with designers to implement user-friendly interfaces, and ensuring the quality and scalability of our applications.

A successful candidate must be both a leader who can work with vendor resources, stakeholders, and work with agile teams. On any day, the candidate could be doing any or all of the following:

• Work with individuals, teams, business owners, IT and leadership to ensure SharePoint designs and processes satisfy business goals
• Effort estimation for developing any new application or customization. Believes in transformations.
• Good at requirement Gathering and prepare Scope of Work
• Strong organization skills and ability to priorities, plan and multitask work assignments
• Task ownership and ability to work within deadlines / timelines and budgets
• Effective communication to manage customers- expectations.

Qualifications :

• Experience on SharePoint on-prem, O365, SharePoint Online, MS Flows, Power Platform
• Experience of SharePoint Server Side and Client-Side Object Model (CSOM / SCOM / JSOM)
• Strong understanding of Office 365 development technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online.
• Experience with Azure Apps
• SharePoint Application development using with SPFx, PowerApps, Power Automate, React JS, AngularJS, jQuery, REST, CSOM, C#, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Typescript
• Experience in Third-party connector integration, create (SharePoint Framework) SPFx Webpart, Advance Search Implementation, Customization for look and feel using SPFx, PnP PowerShell scripting
• Experience in Migration process on different SharePoint versions including Online
• Skilled with SharePoint Online, 2019, 2016, 2013, Power Platform like PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, CDS, PCF Controls, UI & Controls
• Expertise in server side & client-side coding development approaches
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting, PNP Scripting for automation of SharePoint tasks
• Good to have knowledge on reporting tools such as Power BI,
• Good understanding of ITIL processes specifically Incident Management, Problem Management, Service request and Change Management.
• Knowledge and understanding of SDLC process, performing unit testing, and code promotions from Dev to Prod.
