Software Engineer SR - Dynamics

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform developer to design, develop and implement Dynamics365 and Power Platform solutions based on established patterns and best practices, working with development teams as well as directly with customers. You will assist in driving the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform and provide technical advice to team members.

Your Day-to-Day at Sagent: 

• Design, develop, test and deploy new changes into production 
• Collaborate with internal architecture and Microsoft product teams on platform related updates 
• Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment 
• Interact with product and business stakeholders on requirements 
• Provide technical guidance to address production support and incidents 
• Work with offshore teams for ongoing development and support 
• Deep experience using Dynamic 365 and power platforms to create elegant and streamlined apps to support our customers and homeowner apps.  
• Utilizing Azure DevOps for CI/CD and backlog/progress checking. 
• Configuring and utilizing date stores such as SQL/SharePoint/Lists 
• Providing support to help automate the work queue management.  
• Ensure that the Dynamics Omnichannel is supporting the chat functions for our customer service team 
• Configuring and deploying Power BI solutions.  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related domain or equivalent work experience 
• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 customer service modules.  
• 3+ years of experience in developing solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas/Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) 
• 1+ years of experience with Omnichannel 
• Experience with C# to create plug-ins and web flows 
• Experience with Power Apps Test Studio or other Power Platform testing solutions 
• Experience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Forms, Teams
