Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Backend Software Developer with expert-level experience in .NET and C# development, particularly in building robust backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with healthcare data interchange formats, including HL7 and FHIR, which are highly desirable for integration into our healthcare-focused applications. This role requires a deep understanding of backend technologies and best practices, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality, secure, and compliant software solutions.

Industry / Technology background:

3-5 years - SE

7-9 years - SSE / LSE

• Design, develop, and maintain backend components of our healthcare software solutions using .NET C#.
• Strong understanding of the .NET ecosystem, OOP principles, and multi-threading
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proven experience designing and implementing APIs.

Experience in a lead or senior developer role managing or guiding a team is a desirable.

• Work closely with front-end developers and other team members to meet system requirements.
• Spearhead the adoption and implementation of HL7 and FHIR standards within the company’s ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Optimize existing systems for scalability and speed.
• Manage database design and querying with an emphasis on performance and security.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure robust and error-free deployment.
• Document development processes and adhere to industry best practices in software development.
