This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge regulatory and tax software in a dynamic, international environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams within an agile framework, analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions that support compliance with complex banking and tax regulations. The position involves end-to-end responsibilities, from coding and testing to documentation and client support, providing a broad exposure to both technical challenges and regulatory requirements. You will have the chance to collaborate with colleagues worldwide, enhance software functionality, and directly impact clients’ ability to meet critical reporting obligations. Accountabilities:

  • Analyze, design, program, test, and maintain software modules to meet regulatory, business, and client-specific requirements.
  • Implement solutions for banking and tax compliance, including liquidity, credit risk, AnaCredit, loan reporting, and statistical reporting.
  • Support Business Analysts and clients in resolving technical issues and providing guidance on software use.
  • Develop and execute test cases, prepare test data, and ensure proper validation of software functionality.
  • Document technical specifications, user stories, and operational procedures for internal and client-facing use.
  • Collaborate with national and international colleagues across software engineering, testing, and architecture teams.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes, enhance software features, and optimize workflows within an agile development environment.
  • Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in software development using SQL and Java, with solid knowledge of databases.
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and collaborative tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality, capable of integrating creative solutions into complex systems.
  • Proactive, communicative, and open to feedback, with a team-oriented mindset.
