Onsite/Remote:Partial Remote Position Onsite, once a week, as a team once a month

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and support high-quality John Deere web applications using React
- Create documentation with proven implementations to help others use shared components across multiple feature teams
- Work with various product teams on solutions that are up to date with the most current UX technologies
- Support a culture of software craftsmanship best practices including test automation & continuous integration
- Partner with the Order Management UX Product Owner on UX improvements
What Skills You Need
- 4+ years of experience using JavaScript, React v16+, HTML, CSS (SCSS, LESS) to build web applications
- 4+ years experience with JavaScript bundlers like Webpack, Rollup, Parcel, and newer ones like SWC and ESBuild
- 3+ years of experience using testing frameworks like Jest, Puppeteer and React Testing Library
- 2+ years of work experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills
What Makes You Stand Out
- Implementing consistent engineering patterns across multiple product teams
- Experience using React Redux or other state management frameworks
- Implemented and maintained projects in Next.js, Remix Run, Single SPA.
- Demonstrated experience implementing code using Test Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
- Proven experience providing technical coaching and mentoring to others
- Experience with DevOps principles and lean development such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
