At SalesLoft, our Interns are pivotal to our company’s long term success.  You will be a key member of one of our fast-growing and high-performing product development team (specifically Engineering). 

In addition to working with amazing colleagues who exemplify our ‘team over self’ core value, you will also have the opportunity to spearhead a project, work cross-functionally (gaining exposure to how each SalesLoft team works with and through one another), and participate in various events with your internship class. You will have an opportunity to make a difference.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a group of hungry, humble, and smart college students to join us from May to August 2022. If you’re passionate about innovation, growth, serving customers and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, then a SalesLoft Internship is for you!

 

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU: 

  • Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited university in the state of Georgia
  • Computer Science or Management Information Systems majors preferred 
  • Bonus points if you have experience with Ruby on Rails, Elixir, Golang, Node.js, or React.js
  • Are maintaining a 3.0 GPA minimum 
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as attention to detail 
  • Are ambitious and driven, thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment 
  • Demonstrate a teamwork mentality and willingness to assist wherever needed 

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend SalesLoft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our SalesLoft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique 
  • Attend the half-day introduction to SalesLoft Engineering, where you will get a high-level introduction to the architecture of the platform and learn the basic processes of the Engineering Team
  • Assist with committing production code
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, meet current members of the SalesLoft product development team that will be key relationships in accomplishing your goals 
  • Set goals with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Become knowledgeable of your pod’s surface area
  • Contribute to the development of a new product feature  
  • Complete a project adding real value the team you are working with throughout the summer
  • Gain exposure to leadership by presenting on your work/learnings over the last few months
  • Leave with an understanding of the sales enablement technology space
  • Have a lot of fun along the way!

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
