Job Title: SalesLoft Summer Intern - Software Engineering
Location: Atlanta, GA

At SalesLoft, our Interns are pivotal to our companyâs long term success. You will be a key member of one of our fast-growing and high-performing product development team (specifically Engineering).Â
In addition to working with amazing colleagues who exemplify our âteam over selfâ core value, you will also have the opportunity to spearhead a project, work cross-functionally (gaining exposure to how each SalesLoft team works with and through one another), and participate in various events with your internship class. You will have an opportunity to make a difference.Â

We are seeking a group of hungry, humble, and smart college students to join us from May to August 2022. If youâre passionate about innovation, growth, serving customers and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, then a SalesLoft Internship is for you!

WEâD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:Â
- Are currently pursuing a bachelorâs degree at an accredited university in the state of Georgia
- Computer Science or Management Information Systems majors preferredÂ
- Bonus points if you have experience with Ruby on Rails, Elixir, Golang, Node.js, or React.js
- Are maintaining a 3.0 GPA minimumÂ
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as attention to detailÂ
- Are ambitious and driven, thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environmentÂ
- Demonstrate a teamwork mentality and willingness to assist wherever neededÂ
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOUâLL:
- Attend SalesLoftâs New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our SalesLoft story and understand what makes our âLoftersâ uniqueÂ
- Attend the half-day introduction to SalesLoft Engineering, where you will get a high-level introduction to the architecture of the platform and learn the basic processes of the Engineering Team
- Assist with committing production code
- Begin 1:1âs with your manager, meet current members of the SalesLoft product development team that will be key relationships in accomplishing your goalsÂ
- Set goals with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOUâLL:
- Become knowledgeable of your podâs surface area
- Contribute to the development of a new product feature Â
- Complete a project adding real value the team you are working with throughout the summer
- Gain exposure to leadership by presenting on your work/learnings over the last few months
- Leave with an understanding of the sales enablement technology space
- Have a lot of fun along the way!
