Reports to: Director, Game Design

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, code, integrate, test, and debug game software
• Manage software engineering schedules and deadlines
• Provide input on game design and scheduling related to software implementation
• Manage, develop, train, and mentor an existing team of Software Engineers 
• Help to assess, create, and execute hiring plans
• Work with QA to review bugs and decide how to dispose 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience on a software development team
• 1+ years experience in managing a team 
• 2D and 3D graphics programming experience preferred
• Gaming industry experience preferred
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in C# or C++ with a strong understanding of object-oriented design concepts
• Familiarity with working in a Windows programming environment, including Unity and Visual Studio
