Role Overview:

Sustenance and Engineering Management is responsible for delivering timely releases to customers, familiarity with secure SDL process, agile methodologies, product sustenance, customer interaction, working with PM on refining requirements. working with cross functional teams such as support, PS and sales. 

About the Role:

• SEM would be responsible for the DLP windows sustenance team.
• Agile champion for data security products
• Single point of contact for overall sustenance load of DLP products.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Debugging and log analysis skills on endpoint security products.
• Ability to oversee and guide, mentor on day to days tasks of development engineers.
• Ability to produce action plans to resolve critical issues.
• Coordinate with senior leaders and executive leadership on a need basis.

About you:  

• 15+ years of experience in software development, delivery, management.
• Ability to handle and guide teams of engineers
• DLP endpoint security experience would be added advantage
• Ability to debug, analyze logs of complex C++ applications.
• Experience in Windows OS and internals.
• Ability to be a role model across peer groups.
• Ability to root cause reverse engineer, complex issues and log analysis.
