• Innovating by seeking diverse ideas and perspectives from various sources for better solutions.
• Leading and managing development teams to support software development activities
• Ensuring software components and related deliverables are successfully completed by collaborating with leaders and managers.
• Reporting progress to senior management
• Setting, communicating, implementing, and achieving business objectives and goals through the direct management of others
• Identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues
• Communicating with diverse audiences, such as executives, customers, and departments, is essential.
• Enforcing enterprise technical standards through reviews and development of architectural standards and processes.

Requirements

• Possess advanced communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
• Possess extensive software development expertise accumulated over a decade.
• Possess extensive and well-rounded management experience.
• Have a BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Be proficient in project planning and management tools to manage project progress, budget, and scope
• Be able to lead internal and external tech resources to solve complex business needs.
• Be able to efficiently manage others to set, communicate, implement, and achieve business objectives.
• Be able to manage projects, time, and change across various departments with efficient organization skills.
