Join our team as a Software Engineering Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in the Sportsbook Web team, connecting our services with players and shaping the player experience. In addition to leading a dynamic team across various locations and product areas, you'll influence our roadmap and drive innovation in engineering performance. As a mentor and advocate for your team members, you'll foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment while ensuring the reliability and scalability of our web application .
What you'll do as a Software Engineering Manager

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver business-critical features.
• Influence the product roadmap in collaboration with product owners and other stakeholders while building strong lines of communication.
• Challenge engineers to build testable, resilient, highly available, scalable, and innovative systems with proper monitoring in place.
• Mentor and support the members of your team grow through career management and feedback.
• Establish a safe environment with a transparent and collaborative team culture.
• Implement and maintain software alongside your team members to enhance the product offering and create a premier player experience.

What you'll bring

• At least 2 years of experience in managing a software engineering team.
• Ability to build high-quality robust systems with an emphasis on client-facing applications.
• Strong understanding and experience with the Javascript and Typescript ecosystem.
• Significant experience building applications using either React, Angular, Vue, Svelte, or various state management tools.
• Experience building scalable Node.js applications and writing testable code, unit, and integration tests; experience creating E2E tests will be considered a plus.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines such as Webpack, Vite, Jenkins, Bamboo, Octopus, monitoring tools, and cloud service.
