Software Engineering Senior Advisor-Remote

The job profile for this position is Software Engineering Senior Advisor, which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services, Inc. 

• Develops Teradata SQL procedures and jobs to build extract, transform, and load (“ETL”) solutions. Works on designing the ETL for project requirements.

• Provides technical assistance for resolution of application issues.

• Creates mapping documents and develops ETL Logic to integrate GBS data to Operations Support Systems.

• Performs analysis on program changes and documents logical processes. Position requires quarterly travel to Nashville, Tennessee for onsite meetings and planning activities.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field and 3 years of IT experience (or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field and 5 years of IT experience).
• Must have experience with healthcare domain experience; processing and analyzing facets including membership, accumulators, billing, claims, broker commission, and provider data; software development using Oracle (PL/SQL); issue tracking systems such as Jira and Service Desk; and code repositories such as Bitbucket and SVN.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 123,400 - 205,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
