About the team:

The Continuous Testing R&D team is responsible for building and maintaining a robust cloud-based platform for Mobile and Web Testing. The platform helps development teams worldwide increase test coverage and make data-driven decisions so they can deliver high-quality web and mobile apps on time & at scale.  The team includes mobile, backend and frontend developers based in Netanya and New Delhi.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain a complex, highly available and distributed cloud-based and on-prem mobile testing solution.
• Collaborate in the design of robust, scalable, and testable next generation architecture.
• Oversee all stages of development, including research, design, development, and testing.
• Foster the growth and development of your team members, providing guidance and support.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in production, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.

What you’ll bring:

• BSc. in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead of 2 or more engineers, with strong leadership and technical skills.
• At least 5+ years as a Java server-side developer.
• Strong Spring / Spring Boot skills.
• Experience with, or deep knowledge of, SQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, CI/CD, Microservices.
• Experience with writing and maintaining integration and system tests.
• Strong communication skills and complete fluency in English and Hebrew
