About the Role

Connect Team is part of the Post Fulfill group, which provides Refund and Returns abuse prevention and dispute management to thousands of eCommerce merchants.

Connect Team is a new team with the goal to build smooth and easy onboarding components to our Product which is a major sales accelarator. Build an infrastructure to connect Payment Gateways, Return Venders and Merchant’s CRMs into our products and own the merchant onboarding experience.

Our Stack: Scala, Node.js, Postgres, Elastic, Redis, AWS, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, CircleCI and much more

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead talented software engineers as their direct manager
• Run the team’s Agile development process, work together with Product to set objectives and build a development plan to achieve our goals
• Participate in hands-on development
• Lead the hiring of new team members

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Team Leader, working with Agile methodologies
• 5+ years of proven hands-on experience developing multi-tenant cloud applications
• Experience in building large-scale, distributed, highly available systems
• Strong technical and product vision and the ability to communicate this vision to multiple audiences.
• Proven track record in successfully delivering enterprise solutions, from design to development to production
• Ability to inspire, lead, and mentor high-performing senior engineers
• Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, while still focusing on goals.
• Strong customer focus, excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent certifications
