Software Implementation Specialist

SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Software Implementation Specialist with personable customer service skills and a knowledge of enterprise software that will create a positive software implementation experience for our client. As an Implementation Specialist, you will help onboard customers onto a new software / SaaS system. In this role, you have video calls to connect with customers, and guide them through onboarding. You'll work closely with your team members to share information, insight, provide support, and collaborate to continually improve the department, processes, and your skills. This is a super positive and team focused department with a small fast growing company. While the role is remote, there are opportunities to gather as a team throughout the work year.

Responsibilities and Required Skills

• Own the full customer implementation process, including running user training sessions, scoping out data integration needs ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
• Set, communicate, and track against internal and external timelines to ensure successful delivery of technology.

Education and Experience

• 1+ years enterprise software / SaaS implementation experience
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Self-starter, always driving to ensure optimal client experience
• Comfortable communicating (verbal or written) to clients
• Experience with technology 
• Able to balance multiple projects and prioritize potentially competing needs
• Experience with payroll, large systems like ADP or the financial services sector is a plus
