Software Manager
Job Description
The Zivaro Software Manager will be selected from the existing engineering services team to lead up a key part of one of our service organizations. The selected candidate will provide leadership and organizational support to team members and support implementation of corporate and management initiatives.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Resource Manager and be the primary leader to a team in a geographic area or technical practice area supporting Zivaro.
- Support management and corporate initiatives and relay to team members including communicating sales objectives, services objectives, and changes to corporate policies or procedures.
- Provide pre-sales assistance when needed for practice-specific projects and/or proposals. Author Statements of Work (SOWs) or Requests for Proposal (RFPs) when needed in tandem with Zivaro pre-sales and solutions personnel.
- Represent team to Zivaro leadership or internal stakeholders to ensure issues, questions, concerns of team members are addressed appropriately.
- Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
ZIVARO is looking for a current employee on the services team that is looking for additional responsibility to take on a team lead role leading the Project Services team. Candidate must have the ability to work as a member of the team, have excellent communication skills, have strong leadership skills, and be familiar with Zivaro business objectives.
U.S. Citizenship is required for most positions at Zivaro, due to security clearance and government/federal contracts held by Zivaro.
