The Software Principle Architect is responsible for the identification, analysis and translation of enterprise business drivers into business, information and technical architecture requirements while providing a customer perspective and input into IT decisions. Provides overall direction, guidance and definition of an enterprise's architecture to effectively support the corporate business strategy. Consistently Operates at Expert Level
- Define and adhere to the principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.
- Design, direct and support the governance activities associated with ensuring solutions architecture assurance and compliance.
- Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations.
- Identify the organizational impact (skills, processes, structures, culture) and financial impact on the solutions architecture
- Translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements and future-state diagrams
- Plays a leading role in improving the interaction and understanding between the business and IT.
- Champions architecture, technology, and innovation across the enterprise through various modes of communication, with focus on the development community.
- Interfaces and participates in business development discussions across cross-functional teams and internal and external executive managements to ensure consistency in solution development and implementation.
- Decompose business strategies and initiatives into actionable multi-year roadmaps, providing clear direction on execution to ensure a high return on investment
- Other related responsibilities as assigned.
- 40% of time in writing new code, establishing patterns, creating new solution architectures, etc.,
- 30% of time in business requirements.
- 30% of time in coaching others, supporting existing applications application modernization.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology or equivalent experience, education, or training
- Ten years in multiple IT areas with 5 years of relevant architecture experience
- Strong hands-on experience in .Net concepts design patterns.
- Strong understanding of integration principles.
- Advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, application design, systems engineering, integration, and governance.
- Proficiency with microservices, API design and implementation patterns
- Demonstrated experience in creativity Innovation will the ability to define new, original ideas and successfully implement them across an organization. Involves an ability to think "outside-in", assess conventional work products and processes, define new concepts, and manage change across the organization in implementing them
- "Big Picture" Thinker with the ability to maintain perspective and establish context. This involves being able to recognize patterns and predict outcomes then leverage them to direct project work efforts in the optimal direction
- Proven ability to visualize and plan for outcomes in the future which involves an ability to support short-term trade-offs in order to achieve longer term gain

- Experience working in an Agile environment Self-motivated, takes initiative and endures leadership skills to seek out work and accomplish goals.
- Experience with cloud native applications.
- Experience in Salesforce.
