Position Summary:
We are looking to hire a talented, eager, and skilled Product Analyst to join our team in remote work. As a Product Analyst, you will support the Product Owner with the delivery of product and service solutions to customers. You will assist in creating product requirements, assist with Quality Assurance reviews and testing, process bug and issue reports, and assist in launching new and innovative features.
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Assist Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog, ensuring it is up-to-date, well-prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
- Act as a liaison between development teams and other business teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Assist business teams with gathering, writing, and producing requirements for change requests.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and other relevant documentation to provide detailed guidance to the development team.
- Assist Product Owner in conducting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint review meetings using Agile methodologies.
- Contribute to the maturity, performance and growth of the Agile team and ensure the team follows enterprise Agile standards.
- Help Product Owner monitor project progress and address any blockers or impediments to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist Technical Writer as needed with gathering, writing, and updating product documentation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
- Assist Product Owner with product demonstrations and feedback sessions with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills, and knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in web software development.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience using Jira for project management.
- Prior background or exposure to healthcare and finance industries will be extremely helpful.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook essential.
