Position: Software Products R&D - Engineering Manager

Educational Qualifications: B.E./B. Tech/MCA

Experience: 10+ yrs

Typical day will include: 

• Drive & recruit the right talent for the organization
• Participating and engaging in strategy/product demo/operation meetings
• Talking to business stakeholders to understand/influence product roadmap/strategy
• Translating and relating the business strategies to the teams’ mission and goals
• Mentoring/Coaching employees
• Engaging with employees in performance enabling and growth fueling discussions
• Working with other leaders in creating opportunities for employees’ growth
• Collaborating with other leaders of the organization in identifying potential leaders
• Cross geo networking & collaboration discussions across departments, areas and sites
