We are seeking an experienced Software Program Manager with a strong background in mobile app and web development, as well as UX/UI design. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing software projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices in mobile app and web development.

You will be responsible for:

Leading and managing multiple software development projects focused on mobile app and web platforms.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Collaborating closely with the product team to ensure product requirements are thoroughly understood and met.

Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Coordinating and facilitating project meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members.

Monitoring and tracking project progress, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, proactively resolving any challenges that may arise.

Conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.

Your background should include:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Software Program Manager, with a focus on mobile app and web development.

Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello).

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with software development tools and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, iOS/Android development).

Familiarity with medical device regulations and/or IEC 62304 are a plus.

PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Salary range: $130,000 - $155,000 per year
