Software Project Manager

Software Project Manager. Troy, MI. Manage automotive advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) software projects to develop and implement ADAS product technologies for automotive OEM customers. Manage overall project timing and track key engineering/operational deliverables milestones. Represent project to customers and internal management and act as primary customer contact. Participate in publishing/presenting data both internally and to customers for feature/function performance relative to key performance indicators. Identify root causes of problems, develop corrective action plans, and lead team to effective resolutions. Establish and execute meeting structure including cadence, agendas, and tracking/closure of open action items. Maintain proper documentation of SOWs and change requests. Communicate impact of scope changes to all stakeholders. Support evaluation of product design feasibility. Provide input to product teams to develop future product roadmap and timing. Requires Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering and two years of experience as an engineer in the automotive industry working on ADAS hardware/algorithm design and performance, analyzing and debugging simulation test results, vehicle program feature implementation and validation, performing on-road and bench testing, and identifying ADAS algorithm failure modes.
