Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled QA & Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our web/mobile based software products through both manual and automated testing, as well as developing and maintaining clear, comprehensive documentation. This role is crucial in helping us deliver software that meets the highest standards of functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases for web/mobile based software applications.
• Design, write, and execute automated tests using testing frameworks and tools.
• Identify, document, and report bugs and issues within the software.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Participate in design and specification reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test summaries.
• Update and improve existing documentation to keep it useful and relevant.
• Assist in the creation of user manuals, installation guides, and other user-facing materials.
• Work closely with other team members to understand product requirements and features.
• Stay updated with the latest testing practices and industry standards.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in software quality assurance and writing clear, concise technical documentation.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with PHP automated testing tools (e.g., PHPUnit, Pest, Cypress or similar).
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as PHP, Javascript. Familiarity with Laravel and/or VueJS is a plus.
