Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience with quality assurance, testing methodologies and analyzing application failures/defects
- 3 years of experience with web-based applications
- 3 years of experience in automated testing and automated testing tools
- 3 years of experience with commonly used object-oriented programming languages
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle

Responsibilities
- Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of features and stories of an application or service
- Create automated test scripts across multiple automation frameworks
- Provide input that results in clearly defined requirements and testable acceptance criteria
- Develop, document and maintain test cases and other test artifacts for various types of testing
- Identify test requirements from stories and design a test coverage plan that ensures deliverables and client's acceptance criteria are met
- Facilitate test plan and case reviews with cross-functional team members
- Find, isolate, replicate and report defects
- Verify defect/issue resolutions
- Perform functional, regression, integration, back-end, compliance and web-services testing as needed for applications or services
- Identify improvement and automation opportunities and implement accordingly
- Participate in production emergency bug fixes
- Understand and observe how products are being used by clients to determine if any enhancements or bug fixes are necessary
- Keep current with company quality standards
- Develop, enhance and implement automation test strategies, requirements, planning and procedures
- Support and manage test case repositories
- Support and manage bug tracking tooling
- Collaborate with the team to understand and validate configuration settings to ensure optimal product performance, scalability and availability for production environments
- Assist in post-implementation and continual improvement efforts to enhance systems and applications
