As a Manager of Software Quality Assurance, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing a team of QA employees
• Assuring management that new and refactored features are free of defects
• Taking ownership of the defect correction workflow within the Application Development team
• Being an advocate for Best Practices and Quality throughout the company
• Conducting ongoing testing of minor feature releases
• Suggesting improvements and documenting defects for our enterprise e-commerce system
• Setting up, scripting, and running independent performance, security, and automation tools
• Writing and implementing test plans for new projects
• Conducting user acceptance testing sessions
• Organizing Beta and A/B tests
• Maintaining our defect documentation system
• Organizing daily efforts

We are looking for a person that has experience:

• Hiring and Managing a QA team
• Mentoring Jr staff on Enterprise QA Policy
• Testing web and mobile applications
• Writing test plans
• Scripting automated testing tools
• Conducting or organizing User Acceptance tests
• Conducting or organizing Beta tests
• Using documentation systems

Remote work qualifications

• Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
