Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst II works under the HR Technology Manager and work directly with Project Managers, Developers, Change Specialists, and Reporting Analyst. Primary responsibilities are collaborating with the above team members, writing test plans and scripts, performing testing on new software development and changes to existing software ensuring compliance to company standards and end-user requirements.
What You'll Be Doing• Manage all SQA activities on a project including defect review meetings and creating estimates.• Provide guidance and support on all testing activities to team members and testers.• Review business requirements and creates detailed test plans and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.• Write, maintain, and execute simple automated test scripts using Test Management 2.0 in ServiceNow.• Use ServiceNow and SharePoint to record requirements, test plans and test scripts.
What Are We Looking For?• 4-year degree and 2-4 years of experience or a 2 year degree and equivalent related experience.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$64,400.00 - $93,500.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
