Join our dynamic team as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and performance of our software and firmware products. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your experience and grow in a supportive and collaborative environment, working closely with experienced Scrum teams on system-level, regression, and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Scrum teams to understand product features and requirements, contributing to clear and concise testing objectives.

- Design and implement system-level tests to verify functionality across various software and firmware components.

- Conduct regression testing to identify any potential issues after changes or updates to software and firmware.

- Perform performance testing to evaluate system behaviors under various conditions and loads.

- Analyze test results, document bugs, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

- Participate actively in Scrum meetings and provide updates on QA progress and challenges.

- Develop and implement automated testing tools and frameworks.

- Adhere to industry standards and company QA best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in software and firmware quality assurance.

- Proficient in system testing, regression testing, and performance testing methodologies.

- Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
