Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a sharp Software Reverse Engineer to join our growing Mission Solutions team!
What's Exciting About This Role:
- Ability to sponsor (and/or maintain) your DoD Security clearance
- Working with a talented and cohesive team to support a mission that matters
- You will work with leaders in this challenging and rewarding environment that will develop both your coding and analytic skills
- Supporting the development of high-fidelity weapon system modeling and simulation code
What You'll Be Doing:
- Reverse engineering of software from embedded and PC-based systems
- Analyzing software from a variety of devices and/or systems
- Characterizing the interaction between system hardware and software
- Analyzing software for algorithm recovery and discovery of vulnerabilities
- Developing new tools and integrate existing tools to augment our software reverse engineering process
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical/Computer/SW Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience with programming in C/C++ and/or Python
- Ability to document analysis results in specified formats
- US citizenship with willingness and ability to obtain and/or maintain a Top Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Assembly and Java
- Experience with IDA Pro, Ghidra, Git, Subversion, debugging /code analysis tools
- Familiarity with DSPs, FPGAs, PIC, ARM, Arduino, and other embedded processors
- Active Top Secret clearance

Salary Range:
$68,400.00 - $119,700.00
