This role is a high-impact, quota-carrying sales position focused on driving enterprise software adoption across complex customer environments. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic relationships within assigned accounts, with a strong emphasis on Windows Management and broader IT modernization solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will engage senior decision-makers, uncover business challenges, and position tailored software solutions that deliver measurable value. The role combines strategic account planning, solution selling, and hands-on deal execution across the full sales cycle. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to build pipeline, close opportunities, and expand existing customer footprints. Accountabilities:

  • Drive the full sales cycle for software solutions, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing of new and existing opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer bases and increase adoption of software solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across assigned accounts.
  • Leverage partner ecosystems and internal resources to strengthen pipeline development and accelerate deal closure.
  • Apply a consultative, value-based selling approach to uncover customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and disciplined account mapping to support sales performance.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in field sales roles with a strong track record of exceeding quota.
    • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions in complex environments.
    • Proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles within large organizations.
    • Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to navigate multiple organizational levels.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders.
    • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams and contributing to shared success.
    • Strong ability to identify opportunities through discovery, consultative questioning, and active listening.
    • Willingness to travel as required.
