Position Objective

The part time support technician administrator is responsible for assisting technical support management operations, which will include small projects to assist in improving client experiences, client communications, statistical reporting, and organizing client's technical issues.

Principal Duties
• Executing small support related projects
• Sending emails to clients regarding open support cases
• Statistical reporting on client issues

Scope and Impact (Accountability)

This position is to support the management team in tasks that help us drive our teams to improve our client experiences, minimize backlog of client issues, collect and organize data to help the management team make decisions.

Complexity

The Software Support Administrator must be able to:
• Ability to take direction and execute on tasks assigned
• Multitask on several tasks
• Work as part of a team to ensure daily tasks/functions are accomplished
• Work well with clients and employees at all levels of the organization

Education, Experience and Special Skills
• 2 years' experience in an office environment
• Strong ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
