Software Support Analyst

Coin Cloud, the world's largest full-service Digital Currency Machine (DCM) operator, is looking for a Software Support Analyst to assist both end-users and software developers. Software Support Analyst responsibilities include troubleshooting software issues, conducting hardware or software repairs, generating reports on software analysis, and configuring software systems.

Responsibilities

• Review work log and customer feedback periodically with supervisor and other analysts and technicians, to identify and act on opportunities for improvement
• Provide user support to resolve issues with computer programs hardware or software
• Work closely with software development department and information systems
• Conduct software tests and generate reports on software analysis
• Report customer issues to management
• Facilitate network sharing process Attend control meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, computer systems security, or other relevant field
• Basic programming knowledge, experience with Agile/Scrum, root case analysis, and SQL understanding
• Advanced knowledge and technical skills working with Linux OS.
• Prior experience in software design, testing, or troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communications and listening skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Must have strong organizational, project management and client interfacing skills
• Intermediate knowledge or interest in Blockchain or Cryptocurrency
• Creative thinking skills
