Key Responsibility Areas:

• Maintain and monitor our Vigil Plus hosted solutions as well as those that are self-hosted by our various clients.
• Maintain and monitor the Cloud implementation hosted at ATC for our international clients
• Maintain and monitor the various hub servers used for the 601 and 305 products.
• Maintain and support the new Vigil Cloud solution.
• Maintain and monitor the various websites hosted at Netstar.
• Maintain and monitor the various web services and integration points vital to the Netstar operations.
• Maintain and monitor new services as and when launched.

Educational Requirements:

• Grade 12 or Matric Equivalent
• Software support diploma or Equivalent

Core Technical Competencies:

Essentials

• Good understanding of relational databases.
• Good understanding of Computer networks and security.
• Good software troubleshooting skills
• At least 2 years experience in a dedicated software support environment
• A+, N+, MCSA or MCSE Qualifications

Advantageous

• 1 year C# experience
• 1 year ASP.NET experience
• 1 year T-SQL query experience
• Electronics trouble shooting skills
• Cloud or Azure Technology exposure

Special requirements, if any (e.g. non-smoker, own transport etc):

• Must be willing to work Night Shift
• Must have own transport
