Software System Developer

To support development of our groundbreaking new platform, the Patient Relationship Manager (PRM) we are looking for a talented Software System Developer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone with experience of SQL, C#, Azure Cloud knowledge, Java, Scala and Python. Our platform uses behavioral science, data, analytics, and technology to give our customers a 360-degree view of the patient and the support they need.

This is a great opportunity for someone to gain or develop skills in CRM, Cloud, DevOps, Machine Learning and more whilst contributing to a platform that will change patients' lives.

What you will do:

• Deliver high quality software that matches technical requirements in a timeframe that matches business needs.
• Collaborate with Scrum Master, Development, and Product Management teams in an Agile environment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards (C#, Java, Scala, and Python)
• Design, develop, and maintain database schemas and queries (SQL)
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration and communication between the backend and frontend layers.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to identify and prioritize features and functionality.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, identify potential issues, and suggest improvements.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience of relevant experience
• Strong experience with creating SQL queries
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
