Job Description:

SUMMARY

Creates and maintains the processes of the division's quality program. Also provides consulting for software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements to product development or operations teams within the division and to clients.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops, maintains, and upgrades Manual or Automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
• Perform usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
• Controls and manages own daily test activities.
• Provides internal quality assurance.
• Supports test led to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
• Organizes and maintains the test script library.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with offshore teams for work assignments and monitoring
• Produce metrics and test delivery reports
• Participation in daily scrum and review calls

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely-related field and five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application testing with programmatic test tools and object-oriented development tools.
• Will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science or closely-related field and two (2) years of experience in end-to-end application testing with programmatic test tools and object-oriented development tools in lieu of the Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience requirements.
• Additional experience must include:
  • Experience in the mortgage industry
  • C#, Java, Selenium with JAVA, XML, SQL
    • ADO Test plans
    • Web-based testing
    • Behavior Driven Development testing using Gherkin
    • TFS & Azure DevOps
    • API testing using Postman
  • SDLC - SAFE Agile Methodology, Waterfall, V-Model and Agile
  • Microsoft Products: Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft VISIO, Microsoft project, Microsoft Test Manager
  • IDEs: TFS, Eclipse
  • API Test tools: Postman for API Testing, Soap UI
• May work remotely.
