Software Test Automation Engineer

About the Role: W e are looking for a Software Test Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP Test Automation Software. In addition to managing the overall Test Automation Infrastructure, establishing a governance and standard process to ensure testing assets are kept up to date in alignment with application changes introduced by project teams.

This position will be located at a US East or US West facility, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Establish the foundational infrastructure to support SAP Testing Automation toolset
• Create and maintain overall governance processes that align to the Application Lifecycle Management methodology
• Create an intake process that will give clear prioritization guidelines
• Engage with project teams to ensure enough time is allowed in plans to script and execute test automation
• Ensure license compliance and vendor relations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with test automation
• Proven implementation experience with test automation tools that includes a decentralized implementation methodology
• Experience with test automation tools such as TOSA, NeoLoad, etc
• Knowledge and working experience with Application Lifecycle Management and different deployment methodologies i.e., Waterfall and/or Aglie
• Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices
• Ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities and readjust work accordingly
• Ability to organize and prioritize and reprioritize work, problem solve, and self-direct to resolve issues and remove roadblocks
• Ability to facilitate discussions and identify stakeholder's needs
• Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity in a fast paced and dynamic changing environment
• Ability to travel up to 5%

Desired Qualifications:

• K nowledge in SAP Solution Manager 7.2
• Experience working in a GxP manufacturing environment
