Software Testing Engineer (BA)

Responsibilities :

• To be fully responsible for writing Functional scenarios
• To be responsible for planning the Regression testing
• To advise on specific functionality to deliver higher quality and value to the customer.
• Responsible for driving UAT and Beta testing.
• Responsible for overall Product Quality

Mandatory Skills

• Strong educational background (degree in Computer Science or related field)
• ***Prior experience working as a business analyst is a must.
• 2-3 years of strong experience working in Product company
• Strong ability to create, update, and review test planning, test cases, test data, and test scenarios.
• Strong ability to work closely with developers and product owners to ensure features.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and bug life cycle.
• Involved in various testing phases like integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
• Work closely with the business/product team and get involved in the early stage of requirement analysis.
• Rapid adaptation to new technologies and tools.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
• Efficient self-learning and independent problem-solving.
• Subject matter expertise in the healthcare domain.
• Prior experience working as a business analyst.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum SDLC and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• Background in the US healthcare industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience testing intranet/website pages.
