Software/System Engineer - Onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD - Must have TS/SCI Clearance w FSP

Description

Serve an integral role in working with a multi-talented team and key stakeholders to interface with target market partners, develop and design requirements and use cases, and directly support the development of a next-generation suite of Government customer tools.

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field 
• Hands-on software/system engineering experience (e.g., Linux scripting, Infrastructure as Code, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, databases, software development)
• Experience working with, deploying, and managing Linux-based OS systems
• Software product testing experience
• Success in working across a broad spectrum of stakeholders
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
• Understanding of software and infrastructure engineering best practices
• Comprehensive Agile process and tool experience

• Experience working directly with Intelligence Community (IC) mission customers 
• Experience optimizing workflows
• Strong DevOps and System Administration background
• AWS Experience
• Container (Docker) and Container Orchestration understanding
• Understanding of open-source libraries and tools
• Experience with software provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment with multiple toolsets such as Ansible, Chef, Containers, Kubernetes
