Your Responsibilities
- Develop sensing solutions using a wide range of technologies that integrate with the rest of our technology stack to create customer value in agriculture, road-building, earth-moving, and related industries.
- Identify and evaluate new sensing technologies and understand how they can impact our solutions and our customers.
What Skills You Need
- 3 or more years experience using sensing technology to solves customer problems
- The ability to work successfully in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent teaming skills to be a part of a global team
What Makes You Stand Out
- Advanced Degree(s) in STEM or related field(s)
- Industry Experience in agriculture, roadbuilding, earthmoving, and related industries
- Expertise in sensor fusion
- Experience successfully converting low-TRL technologies into customer solutions
- Experience in other technology areas including cloud, mobile, data science, and networking
- Experience in business areas outside of product engineering like information technology, customer support or product marketing
Education Details
- BS in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science or a related field required.
- Advanced degree in any of the above highly desirable.
