The nCino Strategic Solutions Team is looking for a results-driven sales professional with strong banking acumen to help deliver industry leading innovation to some of the top financial institutions in the world across our Community, Regional, and Enterprise banking and credit union customers. This role will sit within the Global Revenue Organization carrying a quota to drive market penetration for nCino's suite of products known as nCino IQ (or nIQ) as well as additional reseller opportunities for productized integrations.
The desired candidate will lead the nIQ Sales initiatives and engagements to achieve success with nCino's existing client base, as well as prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and build strong interpersonal relationships with nCino's Core Sales Account Executive to ensure proper engagement with Pre-Sales team, Internal Business Development team, and clients
- Work and coordinate across multi-functions/departments/individuals to drive desired results relating to nCino's go-to-market strategy as well as providing feedback to Product Owners to help shape continued innovation and roadmap
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders to ensure that Partner and Inside Sales teams are providing sufficient support and on-track to contribute to sales goals and building pipeline
- Accountability for achieving set Sales goals, maintaining pipeline, and pipeline forecasting
- Participation in product development and being the voice of the customer to provide valuable feedback to product owners in ways that are impactful to the nCino IQ product suite.
- Ability to influence across a complexity of experiences and perspectives, including senior leadership, Account Reps, Product Owners, and Customers
- Maintain a superior level of market, customer, and product knowledge necessary to accomplish sales goals and objectives
- Align with Product Marketing to contribute to competitive analysis and other strategic initiatives
- Display competency of the nCino Bank Operating System and how the nIQ Offering interfaces with it
- Work in tandem with Sale Enablement to Assist in creation, delivery, and training efforts for the US Sales Organization
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years' experience software sales to financial institutions, OR 4+ years' experience in commercial/corporate banking
- Deep knowledge and experience in financial analysis/spreading, commercial/loan pricing, and relationship profitability, and/or credit portfolio monitoring
- Familiarity with Bank/Credit Union's Credit, Risk, and Finance departments and the ability to navigate throughout
- Proven knowledge of the Salesforce Platform, or the curiosity to learn
- Ability to articulate and evangelize the value of the nCino nIQ Offering
- Successful contract negotiation and deal forecasting experience
