Solution Analyst

Responsibilities

• Examine and interpret business needs to determine the best solutions.
• Create, implement, and manage solutions that support the company's transformation goals.
• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure that solutions are clearly communicated and comprehended.

• Over 5 years of experience in Business / Data Analysis.
• Proven experience as a Solution Analyst or in a similar capacity within the Data & Analytics domain.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.
• Enterprise Architect (emphasis on data and UML)
• Familiarity with IBM Private Cloud is a strong advantage.
• Experience with SwaggerHub or any OpenAPI documentation tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with TIBCO, ATTACAMA, Gemin.AI, SCYTALE, Carto would be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Czech (both spoken and written).
