Job Description

We are looking for a top-notch Solution Architect to manage the software development process and help us assess, support, and implement high-quality information technology architecture.
You will be a stakeholder of build efforts including cloud application design, continuous integration planning and development, and responsible transformation of software and systems.

To be successful as a Solution Architect, you should have a leadership mindset, solid operational experience, and the ability to problem-solve.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in deploying and delivering new and optimized applications  
  • Experience with project management principles such as Agile and Scrum
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and scalability 
  • Ability to design and articulate technology systems 
  • Foundational understanding of programming software and infrastructure 
  • Demonstrated success working with and facilitating decisions across departments, including executive leadership 
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience  

Nice to Have:

  • Architect endorsements such as: Azure/AWS/GCP Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Data Professional (CDP), CompTIA ITF+, The Open Group TOGAF Certified, Cisco Certified Architect (CCAr), Service Oriented Architecture Certified Professional (SOA, SOACP) 
  • Project management and delivery endorsements such as: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT)    

English level:
Advanced

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle applications development using various software technologies
  • Integrate technical components into respective working applications
  • Participate in technical design and review
  • Design a system which can scale to meet enterprise needs and is able to assist in quality, performance, and system tests as required
  • Ensure code quality by participating in reviewing pull requests for code related to architectural designs
  • Work with technical staff to understand problems with software and to develop technical specifications to resolve them
  • Resolve issues and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements
  • Communicate with members of the IT team on a regular basis; may serve as point of contact
  • Review code; create and maintain documents as a part of the solution delivery process
  • Ensure that business standards are met
