About the team:

We support modern platform implementations, product innovation, digital transformations, end-to-end IT delivery embedded with DevOps practices and service-oriented architecture, omni-channel standardization, cloud-based data management, predictive data analytics. Working in collaboration with our digital team and industry domain practices, we advise clients with solution offerings to leverage technology to deliver efficiency, optimization and end-customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be a visible and vocal leader in our Digital Engineering organization. Our team makes sure that as a competency we get the most out of our investment by delivering on client projects, collaborating with colleagues, engaging at industry-recognized events, and providing both thought- and technical- leadership to clients and peers. As Digital Engineering's newest IT solution architect, you'll play an integral role in making sure we achieve these important business and technology objectives.
About the Job:
The role
Do you want to play an integral role in delivering the future of banking technology? Do you have a proven ability to design, develop, and deploy complex platforms and solutions? Are you interested in using innovative tools and technologies to meet real-world challenges?
If so, we're looking for an IT solution architect who will:

• design applications or platform software aligned to business and IT requirements, transferring business problems into technical solutions
• work with other technical disciplines to harmonize requirements, ensuring the end solution is fit for purpose
• guide and mentor implementation teams to successful delivery, providing technical leadership and developer support
• ensure technical solutions are fully integrated into our client's heterogeneous infrastructure via automated pipelines
• collaborate on problem analysis, solution architecture, MVP design, quality assurance, security analysis, and non-functional requirements
• provide technical leadership in design and development activities on concurrent complex technology and data projects with multi-source teams
• partner with internal teams and stakeholders to provide and drive industry thought leadership

Your expertise

• works as an IT solution architect for 10+ of years within the finance sector
• possesses proven delivery of complex, large-scale IT solutions for 8+ years
• designs and drives distributed architectures through RESTful microservices
• defines, designs, and owns the solution's non-functional requirements
• excels at presenting to cross-functional and/or executive level stakeholders
• manages successfully a suite of diverse tasks while meeting key objectives and timelines
• understands thoroughly and exemplifies Lean, Agile, and DevOps delivery principles
• has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS field of study
• knows deeply multiple enterprise languages/ frameworks, e.g. Java/ Kotlin, Spring Boot
• (optionally) is experienced in Angular, React, iOS/ Swift, Python, Go and other languages
