We’re looking for a technical Solution Architect. Is it you?
As a Solution Architect at Evive you will evaluate and clarify all business requirements and customer facing issues within the organization. You will use both technical and interpersonal skills to design, describe, and support technical solutions. As a Solution Architect you will evaluate the existing environment and examine how different elements of the business, industry, and technology can be applied to solve a specific problem within a release window.Â
You will be the person who builds the bridge between a business problem and the technology solution and outlines each of the phases and requirements required to make that solution work by creating an overall strategic technical vision. After you have designed the correct solution, it’s your job to manage the various activities that are involved for a successful implementation. As a Solution Architect you are required to have knowledge in the technical and business inner workings of the company. You will translate US based requirements from our customer teams back to our technical teams who are located in India.
This position, while a standard full time position, will require non-traditional work hours. This role will interface with the customer and sales teams in the US, as well as, the technical teams in India.

- Translate US based requirements from our customer teams back to our technical teams who are located in India. Non-traditional hours will be required.
- Day-to-day work involves designing and clarifying recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions based on customer requirements and the technology Evive uses.
- Technical resource for the customer and sales organization to rely upon for external customer or prospect interactions.
- Lead teams indirectly to move product development forward.
- Understanding complex problems and finding all possible solutions – accurately defining the issue and the requirement.
- Have an analytical approach to understand all of the technologies and topics related to the business to have a deep enough understanding to create a solution.
- Develop work plans and coordinate activities across multiple project workstreams.
- Regularly communicating new features and functionality to partners, customers, and internal stakeholders. At times conveying technical language to stakeholders in non-technical terms.
- Documenting and sharing best practice knowledge for new solutions, advocating for process improvements, and helping to develop solutions.
- Debugging and creating performance analysis on implemented solutions.
- Must view the long-term use of the product and implement scalability and adaptability into the solution.
- Other duties as assigned by management or required by the company.
You bring a lot to the table.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or of relevant experience.
- Knowledgeable about all phases of the product development life cycle and solution delivery for cloud-based systems.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, organization, communication, and time management skills.
- A deep understanding of analytical skills and techniques.
- A good understanding of modern software engineering principles and best practices.
- Proven track record of work experience as an architect, project manager, or developer.
