Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.
Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users. Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases. Train users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent users at Data Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2-4 years of related experience in a medium to large network distributed and computing environment. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.
Responsibilities
As a Solution Architect with Oracle Oracle Cerner you will consult with clients on current workflows, upgrades, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance. You will provide client partners solution troubleshooting and knowledge transfer along with developing and maintaining relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge and engagement support. As a Solution Architect you will resolve escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise, as well as, resolve client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or solution application and perform test script execution.
People Management Responsibilities (for associates with one or more direct reports):
- Seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution.
- Delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed.
- Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. Create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability and recognize accomplishments.
- Provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability and connect opportunities for your associates' development.
- Identify the right talent to achieve the desired results. Promote and build a diverse and cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates' skills to fill gaps.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
- At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's degree
- Laboratory experience
- Laboratory Instrument Configuration knowledge
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- If located in the greater Kansas City metro area the selected candidate's working environment will be Hybrid.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Qualifications
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $29.86 to $58.17 per hour; from $62,100 to $121,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $28.22 to $52.36 per hour; from $58,700 to $108,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $28.22 to $55.24 per hour; from $58,700 to $114,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $31.54 to $55.24 per hour; from $65,600 to $114,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
