Solution Architect
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Solution Architect to join our team and lead the architectural aspects of our software solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to design, implement, and oversee our technology frameworks and integrations.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable architecture solutions that meet business requirements
- Mentor and coach developers to enhance their skills and performance
- Participate in governance activities to ensure compliance and standards
- Oversee architecture implementation and integration across various platforms
- Develop hands-on with programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or C#
- Collaborate effectively with project managers and other team members
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in architecture design
- Ensure security, integrity, and reliability of systems and data
- Document and communicate architectural decisions and designs
- Address technical concerns, challenges, and issues promptly

- Minimum of 7 years of practical hands-on experience in software development
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Solution Architect role
- Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or C#
- Background in AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with Oracle cloud apps, Oracle cloud infrastructure, and integrations
- Skills in Azure infrastructure and Informatica
- Qualifications in software architecture and system integration
- Capability to adapt and learn new technologies as needed
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) methodologies
