Job Responsibilities:

As a Solutions Architect, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Support customers through every technical sales stage, of technical discovery, Proof-of-Concept and technical closure to ensure a smooth transition to the next sales stage and solution procurement.
• Engage in strategic discussions to identify solutions and targets for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Attend trade shows and visit onsite customers to strengthen company goals.
• Manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects.
• Supporting pre-sales activities crossfunctionly with marketing and other internal groups

What do we require:

To be a successful Solutions Architect, you should have:

• 5+ years’ experience as a pre-sale’s professional (external)
• Willing to work U.S. hours
• Collaboration skills to simplify the pre-sales process of Demo, Eval, and Closure for customers by working closely with the Sales team.
• Ability to understand customer needs and requirements in-depth to offer a hyper-personalized product demo and improve customer processes.
• Strong relationship management skills to encourage teamwork and positive influence.
• Effective feedback and review system skills to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• A deep understanding of the company's product and its connected network technologies to become a subject matter expert (SME)
• Ability to engage with the Product Management team on a regular basis to design new requirements, product roadmap, and enhancements.

• In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, PKI and Cryptography
• Refined troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, acquired over years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and business prospects and provide valuable insights.
• Ability to propose unconventional solutions to enterprise customers with a high success rate.
• Strong commitment to achieving team goals and not stopping until the desired outcomes are achieved.
• Proficiency in Linux & Windows
• Familiarity in Cloud, ADCs, Virtualization, and python.
