Position: Solution Architect (App Cloud Transformation Services)

Location: Houston, Texas

Job Description:

• Cloud (Migration) Architects must have excellent knowledge of networks, data storage, and security measures to deliver solutions.

Key Skills:

• Client/Stakeholder management: Work closely with AWS Partners and Customer.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate solutions
• Excellent problem solving.
• Help to scope engineering effort ahead of development work.
• Coordination of multiple workstreams such as Migration, Databases, IAM, Testing.
• Deep AWS Architecture experience and experience as an SME.
• Understand AWS architectural best practices
• Guide the teams in implementation of the defined solution.
• Working understanding of
• IAM, SSO, SCPs, OUs
• Networking Connectivity (Transit Gateway and VPN)
• CICD, Github
• EC2 Domain Join
• Databases (RDS)
• Kubernetes
• 6Rs of Migration
• Relevant training and/or certifications preferably AWS Solution Architect Professional and TOGAF
