Solution Architect

Role Summary

Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and meeting quality standards.
Develops, defines and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables. Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles.
Scrum Masters managing software development projects using the Agile development framework may be matched here.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work with customer SA/SE and able to design solution as per requirement.

2. Reviewing the call flow until sign off is completed.

3. Able to develop the call flow on time and deliver to ST.

4. Able to setup lab for VMAS solution, skills needed: K8s, AWS, MWP.

5. Having knowledge of various network components, ip addressing, routing etc and Linux operating system.

6. Support ST and OPS team during in-house and iATP.

7. Troubleshooting skills for the issues reported on respective release.

8. Excellent communication skills as the candidate will be handling global customers.

9. Team player and is able to work on various time zones.
