Job Description

Role: Solution Architect (BSS)

Location: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad

Required Technical Skill Set

  • Total ~15 years of experience in the telecom domain with current role as a solution architect, or as a Lead Business Analyst.
  • Should have experience in any of the COTS products, the more the better(Order Management, Offer Management, Catalog, CRM, Billing, etc)
  • Must have had client facing experience and should be able to handle multiple stakeholders
  • Should have an idea of workflow orchestration using BPM(Pega, Camunda, Flowable, etc) tools and recommendation(Next Best Offer) engines.
  • Bring an understanding of the latest use cases implemented across enterprises using Gen AI
  • Development experience early in their career
  • Understanding of TMF modelling
