About your role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, designing enterprise solutions with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, software development, and cloud technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.

· Are confident communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

· Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in your home country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency).

· Are willing to travel for project-related work.

· Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and lead the design and architecture of comprehensive software solutions to meet those requirements.

· Evaluate the client’s estate, diagnose underlying issues, and propose potential solutions.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and implement development best practices

· Design and implement integration strategies with various systems and technologies.

· Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and use this knowledge to drive innovation..

· Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design patterns, standards, and guidelines.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.

· Experience designing solutions in at least one of the cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).

· Experience in designing solutions using Microservices frameworks

· Experience in at least one of the database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake).

· Strong Proficiency in at least one of the programming language (Java, C#, Python, Node.js).

· Hands-on experience in at least one of the development frameworks (.NET, Spring, Node.js, React, Django, Next.js).

· Strong knowledge of CI/CD in at least one of the Dev Ops solutions (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Bitbucket, AWS Codepipelines, CircleCI, Harness)

· Strong knowledge of the following container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

· Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks, particularly Agile

· Good knowledge of log management, monitoring, and analytics solutions like Splunk, Elastic Stack, New Relic etc
