Solution Architect

We are seeking a Solution Architect to spearhead our Application Modernization initiative using Generative AI technologies.
The successful candidate will capitalize on cutting-edge AI tools and frameworks to analyze application portfolios and lead efforts in modernizing legacy systems, translating code, reducing technical debt, and upgrading technological infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architecture across diverse platforms such as legacy monolith applications, cloud architectures, microservices, and serverless frameworks
• Coordinate multiple projects and interfaces, ensuring successful integration among diverse teams and stakeholders within EPAM
• Implement Generative AI resources and frameworks in various application modernization endeavors
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in AI software engineering and emerging market solutions
• Clearly and effectively communicate within a global team to align on project goals and requirements
• Tackle complex issues using robust problem-solving skills and contribute to executive decision-making processes
• Explore and optimize the utilization of EPAM's tools and frameworks to enhance capabilities in client engagements
• Adapt swiftly and efficiently in a fast-moving and dynamic work setting

Requirements

• Over 7 years of proven background in solution/software architecture involving legacy monolith applications, cloud infrastructures, microservices, and serverless platforms
• Understanding of data concepts and familiarity with UI frameworks
• Competency in managing multiple projects simultaneously and integrating various teams and stakeholders
• Expertise in Generative AI tools, methods, and frameworks with a focus on application modernization
• Proficiency in the English language, both in writing and speaking
• Entrepreneurial and integrative mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic, creative thinking
• Willingness to explore and utilize EPAM's array of tools and frameworks
